  • 100g frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Spice Mix
  • 250ml of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

    Pour 250ml of milk into a blender.

    Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte spice mix, 1 tablespoon of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and the frozen banana.
