Peanut Butter Milkshake

Peanut butter and frozen banana whip into a rich, protein-packed treat.

Peanut Butter Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 100g frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Spice Mix
  • 250ml of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)

Directions

    Chop a ripe banana into chunks and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.

    Pour 250ml of milk into a blender.

  3. 3

    Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte spice mix, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, the frozen banana chunks and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.

    Blend until smooth.
