Oats, peanut butter and chia make a filling morning-in-a-glass.

- 100g frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- ¼ cup (25g) of oats
- 1 teaspoon Hearty Spices Turmeric Latte Spice Mix
- 250ml of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Pour 250ml of milk into a blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte spice mix, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, ¼ cup of oats and the frozen banana.
